What to include in your enquiry

You do not need all of this to get in touch, but the more we know the faster we can quote.

• Site location (state or nearest town is enough to start)
• For solar: plant type (ground-mounted, rooftop or floating; fixed-tilt or tracker) and approximate capacity in kWp or MWp
• For telco: site coordinates or IDs, antenna heights to check and the links to verify
• For construction or mapping: the site or alignment, approximate area and how often you need reports
• Why you are surveying: routine O&M, underperformance, commissioning, warranty, acquisition, insurance, site acquisition, progress claim
• Any deadline, for example an acceptance date or a claim submission date
• Who will use the results: your O&M team, a lender's adviser, an insurer
