Rooftop solar inspection for commercial and industrial buildings

Thermal inspection of factory, warehouse, mall, campus and data-centre rooftops in Malaysia, without sending people onto a hot metal roof or interrupting the building's operations.

Why rooftops are different

A rooftop system is small compared to a solar farm, but it is harder to inspect. Access means permits, harnesses, roof-loading limits and often a shutdown of production lines beneath. Many C&I owners therefore never inspect at all, and only discover a problem when the electricity bill or the PPA invoice looks wrong.

Aerial inspection removes most of that friction. The survey is flown from above the building, the system stays on, and the facilities team gets a module-level picture of what is happening on a roof they rarely see.

Portfolio inspections

If you manage many roofs, we can plan a campaign across sites in the same region and report every roof in the same format in the portal, so the portfolio can be compared and repair budgets allocated where they return the most.

Safety and permissions

Flights over industrial premises need the building owner's consent and the relevant aviation permissions. We handle the aviation side and coordinate with your site safety officer on timing, exclusion zones and any hot-work or crane activity nearby.
